Worship at the centre
PsalmForge exists to help musicians support the worship of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Our part is accompaniment: helping the choir and congregation sing, giving room to the words, and listening to one another.
Serving in the background still calls for our best. Practice, preparation and attention are part of the offering. Technology can help us learn and prepare; the care we bring to worship remains our responsibility.
Good music should be within everyone’s reach
We want more churches to have access to useful scores, learning material and accompaniment, and more musicians to be able to share what they have. The aim is music offered freely, with permission, without ads or a pursuit of personal publicity.
PsalmForge is one small part of that work. It will grow through musicians who are willing to practise, share, listen and help one another improve.
